Chief Customer Officer
Susan joined Hyde in September 2017. She is the Chief Customer Officer and is responsible for delivering a comprehensive service to Hyde’s customers. Susan is passionate about delivering the best customer experience throughout the organisation and represents the voice of our customers.
Susan has over 20 years’ experience as a customer leader across a number of organisations where she was responsible for operations, developing customer strategies and delivering transformational change. Susan was previously part of the Executive team at Southern Water and Electricity North West but also has broader experience in facilities management, financial services and retail. Susan has a First Class (Hons) Degree in Housing, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (MCIH).
