Hyde Group wins marketing award at the National Housing Awards

Hyde New Homes scooped up an award for Best Marketing Campaign at the prestigious National Housing Awards 2015. 

Hyde New Homes received the award, which recognises excellence in marketing affordable housing products. The accolade singled out Hyde’s campaign for marketing Spark, a contemporary collection of one, two and three bedroom shared ownership apartments situated in New Cross. Spark sits at the heart of the Kender Triangle regeneration area, the focus of a decade long investment programme led by Hyde. Part of this development also included Hyde’s first venture into PRS with 54 apartments for private rental which were successfully launched earlier this year and leased out within two months.

The judges praised the marketing drive “This well delivered campaign was exceptionally good. They dealt with a difficult product, and through their campaign they changed the perception and did it well. The retro vibe was something a bit different and appealed to young people. The judges commented that it was some of the best marketing they had seen.”

We are absolutely thrilled with this award. A lot of thought went into the planning of this marketing campaign, to ensure that we could communicate with our target audience in an effective way. We exceeded our targets by selling and completing on all 43 apartments within 4 weeks of handover, providing much needed housing in London, for young people who cannot afford to buy their homes outright.
