Digital Programme Administrator

Purpose of role:

To support the Business Change Lead in transforming Hyde’s customer and employee experiences through digital services, empowering customers to manage their homes effectively and enabling more efficient ways of working across Hyde.

To work in collaboration with the Business Design team to ensure key tasks are completed in line with the digital programme requirements by carrying out general administration, research, and reporting activities.

Role main duties:

  • Deliver general administration support for the Business Design team to help meet the specified digital programme objectives and key deliverables.
  • Maintain the programme Roadmap, obtaining and collating any required monitoring and impact data to help demonstrate the vision behind the innovative digital programme.
  • Support the promotion of the programme by contributing to relevant communication methods, such as Hyde’s intranet and other appropriate media,
  • Maintain and update manual and computerised systems, providing clear and accurate details to assist with the creation of programme information as appropriate.
  • Attend various meetings to take notes and document key follow-up actions.
  • Support the wider Customer Strategy and Programme team with organising meetings, workshops, away days and team events.
  • Assist with managing training invites, monitoring attendance and re-planning activities.
  • Demonstrate competent use of MS Office packages including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with the relevant information management systems.
  • Observe the highest possible standards when handling sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality in line with Data Protection laws.
  • Work within the limits of Hyde’s Policies and Procedures and systems covering all areas of work, always demonstrating the core values expected of Hyde staff in line with our achievement culture.
  • Undertake other reasonable admin support duties upon reasonable management request.
