We’re seeking a 2nd Line Support Analyst to deliver responsive IT support.

  • Salary: £23,885-30,374 per annum

About the job:

  • Provide responsive and immediate support to all internal and external Hyde users in line with SLAs
  • Provide a comprehensive customer service, diagnosing issues or escalating accordingly
  • Provide solutions to IT infrastructure problems including Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Sophos
