We are seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join the Hyde Property Services team in Havant.

Duties of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Deliver excellent front-line Customer Service via all media, including telephone, web, email and letter.
- Act a first point of contact for customers, handling all enquiries, referring to the correct team to ensure a great customer experience.
- Chase invoices on completed works and invoice client when works complete.
- Deal with contractors - chasing for quotations, health & safety documents, start dates and completion dates.
- Accurately update system records in a timely manner ensuring data integrity at all times.
