Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join the Hyde Property Services team in Havant.

  • Salary: £20,185 - £25,000 per annum

Duties of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Deliver excellent front-line Customer Service via all media, including telephone, web, email and letter.
  • Act a first point of contact for customers, handling all enquiries, referring to the correct team to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Chase invoices on completed works and invoice client when works complete.
  • Deal with contractors - chasing for quotations, health & safety documents, start dates and completion dates.
  • Accurately update system records in a timely manner ensuring data integrity at all times.
