Customer Care Assistant

We’re looking to recruit an experienced Customer Care Assistant to provide an efficient administrative and co-ordination function to the Product Quality team.

  • Salary: £21,185-£23,000 per annum

About the job:

  • Provide an excellent customer-focused front line service on behalf of the Product Quality team
  • Act as a point of contact ensuring any requests, queries and problems are resolved in a manner that improves overall customer satisfaction/experience
  • Organise, schedule and co-ordinate appointments with both external and internal stakeholders across the business, ensuring a smooth operation timetable
  • Work in collaboration with external contractors, construction Project Managers, Sales and Marketing Teams and other internal departments to deliver a high standard of service to all customers moving into their new build homes
