Administrator - Building Safety Team

We are seeking an Administrator to provide proactive and flexible administrative support to our Building Safety team for six months.

  • Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 pro rata

Main outputs and accountabilities:

  • Provide proactive and flexible administrative support to the Building Safety team across a full range of service areas ensuring customer-focussed service delivery across the team. Provide an efficient administrative service for the Property Services team ensuring all correspondence is handled in a proactive and responsive manner.
  • Demonstrate strong use of MS Office packages, especially Excel, but not excluding Word and PowerPoint, and specifically the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system in order to manage, maintain utilise relevant customer and financial information in an accurate, systematic and efficient manner.
  • General tasks include:
    • Provide and handle written communication to stakeholders , local MPs etc. e.g. letters, email and other correspondence
    • Provide support on invoice and works order processing.
  • Act as a point of contact for the team ensuring any requests, queries and problems are resolved in manner that improves overall customer satisfaction/ experience.
You will visit sites twice a week with surveyors; you will either travel with them or on occasion use public transport.  The locations may not be local.
