"The apprenticeship programme has given me a platform to succeed, and prove that with hard work and support, I can be successful."Ashley Stewart - Special Projects Administrator, former Hyde apprentice
Looking to kick-start your career with us? Let our CEO, Elaine Bailey tell you what you can expect from a career with Hyde and what qualities we look for in our employees.
Our apprentices come from all backgrounds, bringing with them a wide range of talent and ideas that can help us tackle the ongoing housing crisis and provide great homes.
If you’ve got plenty of drive and are looking for the support and opportunity to develop new skills and start a fulfilling career then our apprenticeships are a great opportunity to grow your confidence in the workplace, learn new skills and get yourself ready for work.
During the apprenticeship you can expect plenty of support; 1:1 meetings with your manager and a programme manager; your own learning mentor; and a buddy who’ll be happy to show you the ropes. On top of this, there’ll be all kinds of activities, designed to enhance your learning experience. For example, practical skills workshops, job swap and job shadowing opportunities, a social media project and quarterly events with the other trainees.
Not only will you receive role-based training and support, we’ll do everything we can to help you get into employment with mock interviews, support from employment advisors, CV guidance and more.
You’ll also have the chance apply for a full-time role here when you finish with a salary of £20,185 a year.

Remember, we’re not looking for academic qualifications. We’re looking for hard work and plenty of drive. We want people who are keen to learn and advance – the kind who’ll make the most of all the support on offer. And who knows? Show us you’ve got what it takes and you could become our next generation of talent.
As part of our achievement culture, “Hyde Talent” will launch later this year to help deliver bespoke training and development to our talented individuals. Check this webpage for updates.
