Latest update - 23 May 2022
We’re pleased to let everyone know that Artesian House has received an A1 rating in its EWS1 assessment. We’ve emailed a copy of the EWS1 form to all homeowners and these are also available to download from our EWS1 page.
Building Safety Fund application
We’re still waiting for a decision on the outcome of our Building Safety Fund application. We continue to meet with the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, but decisions continue to be delayed due to the volume of applications. We’re sorry, but this means we still can’t tell you when we’ll find out if we’ve been successful and, if we are, how much funding we’ll receive. We’ll update you as soon as we know more.
The Building Safety Fund Leaseholder and Resident Service
Government is publishing updates on how Building Safety Fund applications are progressing in the third week of each month on the Building Safety Fund Leaseholder and Resident Service website pages.
Customers must use a code unique to their building to access the service. We’ve shared this code with customers and can share it again via email, on request.
Project: What we've done
We’ve removed and replaced the external cladding at Artesian House. Inside the building we’ve removed sections of ceilings to carry out work to the walls between the flats and communal areas. We also carried out work around soil vents and rainwater pipes and other safety work.
