We have different repairs and heating contractors depending on where you live. When you call Customer Services you will need to select the option for your area to be transferred directly to your local contractor.

From October 2023, our in-house Property Maintenance team will be carrying out repairs to all homes (except those in the East of England). We’ve brought our repairs function in-house to deliver more effective services to our customers.
Mears will continue to carry out repairs in the East of England (including Peterborough and East Midlands).
