Hampshire break for residents

Posted on 20 October 2017

Residents from St Mauritius House and Benville House, two of our sheltered schemes based in London recently enjoyed a long weekend away to Hayling Island in Hampshire.

Residents were offered a number of different activities to suit everyone’s interest from bingo, quizzes, films and comedy shows, to day trips to Chichester and luxury spa sessions.

Scheme Officer for St Mauritius House, Titilope Adeleye said, “The residents really enjoyed breaking out of their normal routine and seeing a different part of the country. Every night they were going to bed late, making the most of the trip. Everyone really enjoyed their short break away and are already making plans for their next holiday.”

June Kelly, daughter of Charles Trail a resident from St Mauritius House said, “I haven’t seen my dad this happy in a long time, he’s full of so much joy. Thanks to Titilope and the team for organising this trip.”
