Hyde Northside was initially established in 2000 to manage social housing on behalf of Islington Council as part of a housing management contract.
In 2005 Hyde Northside took ownership of three estates; Hyde Village, The Ringcross and The Grove.
Two years later in 2007 Hyde Northside took ownership of Packington Square as part of another stock transfer from Islington Council. In doing so it promised to demolish all 538 old homes and build over 800 new homes. This is currently being delivered through a £135 million – 8 year rolling programme.
Hyde Northside aims to ensure it provides a top class services which improves and makes a lasting difference to the lives of our residents.
It is important to us that our residents receive the service they deserve; our 10 service promises were written with the help of our tenants for our tenants, covering parts of our service that matter the most.
