Sheltered housing is self-contained accommodation designed for people aged 60 or over who are either able to live independently or who require minimum support. This type of living arrangement provides a comfortable, secure and relaxed environment. For peace of mind, a 24-hour alarm system is installed in all properties so that residents can call for assistance, via a pull cord or pendant, should the need arise.
Residents have their own front door and can come and go as they please.
Please note that people over 50 with a registered disability may also be considered for a place in sheltered housing.
