This portal enables you to compare the performance of housing associations in the area - all you have to do is enter your postcode.  The web portal contains six pieces of information tenants have told the TSA they would find useful.  They include comparing your rent with the local average and seeing how we rate in terms of our overall service and our repairs and maintenance in particular.
