• A ‘personal advisor’ service - Sounds posh but it gives you one-to-one advice and support in getting the job or training you want.  We work with people helping them decide what they want to do whilst at the same time giving them the confidence to get there.  Our advisors help with your CV, give tips on preparing for that all important interview; finding a volunteering or work placement and, most importantly, the right job.

• A bursary scheme - This provides funding to encourage and support people to take up the opportunities that have been identified with the ‘advisor.’

• Local Labour in Construction - Hyde is acknowledged as a leader in the building of new and environmentally adapted properties.  We work with our contractors to ensure local people have access to jobs, training and apprenticeships.
