You can help us get our service provision right by telling us about your views and experiences of using our services. Then we can introduce the improvements our customers want and continue to deliver the quality services that make a lasting difference to people's lives.
 
There are a number of different ways in which you can get involved. You might want to join a residents' association, help us by mystery shopping our services, or participating in survey and focus groups. You can get involved in the running of Hyde through membership of the resident bodies 'Hydewide Residents' Voice', which represents resident views to the organisation, and 'Hydewide Residents' Eye', which organises resident-led inspections of services.
