Emergency repairs are faults that put your health at risk or could damage the property further (for example, a failure in your electricity or water supply, a gas leak, the toilet not working when there is only one in the property, burst pipes or blocked drains).
Emergency repairs can be made between 5pm and 9am the following working day, as well as on weekends and bank holidays.
Before contacting the out of hour’s emergency services, please fully assess the fault to decide whether it requires an emergency response.
