There is no visitor parking at the office. Parking vouchers can be purchased from the newsagents on the corner of Orchard Street and St Dunstan’s Street. There is also a long stay car park in Station Road (next to Canterbury West train station).
The nearest bus station is on Gravel Walk, a 10 minute walk from Canterbury East. Catch buses travelling to Whitstable passing the end of Orchard Street.
The bus station is a 20-25 minutes walk through the main shopping street(s) in Canterbury (St Georges Street/High Street Parade/St Peters Street, passing Westgate, down St Dunstan’s and left into Orchard Street leaving NatWest Bank on left).
Or you can take a taxi, taxi-rank opposite bus station, which should take 5-10 minutes depending on traffic.
