Senior Independent Director and Chair of Group Audit Committee
David is our Senior Independent Director and chairs the Group Audit Committee.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, David has held a number of senior executive roles in justice-related services, in both the public and private sector.
Until 2011 he was Group Managing Director of the Care and Justice businesses of G4S plc. He was a non-executive member of the Youth Justice Board, chairing the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee and being a member of the Remuneration Committee.
