Key Lessees

Key lesses

Getting our service charge bills correct is very important to us. We believe that our leaseholders are amongst the best placed people to help us get the accounts right. We therefore ask lessees to represent their block by becoming a Key Lessees.

A Key Lessee is sent detailed billing information to check so that any queries can be investigated and resolved before the accounts are sent out.

Some Key Lessees will look at all the costs for every block on their estate but most will just look at their own block and estate charges.

 All info is at block level and not at an individual flat level.

Time limits vary depending on the Lessee and when the information is provided to them. We generally look at getting a reply within two weeks but there is some flexibility.

We do not have group meetings and no training is needed. We will send out surveys to all our Key Lessees to improve the way we communicate with them and the presentation of the information we send.

Key Lessees do not receive a payment.
