Benefits and Fuel advice and support to reduce energy costs, apply for fuel benefits if you are eligible, and submitting grant applications.

Debt Advice and support to manage crisis debt, make the most of your income, negotiate with creditors for affordable repayments, and other options to support you to become debt free or be better able to manage your finances.

Training and resources including a self-help debt management pack, a resident website with money management information and resources, and workshops and training to become money advisers.

Consumer Credit Counselling Service
National debt advice charity, the Consumer Credit Counselling Service, provides free telephone and online debt help. Their helpline is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm on 0800 138 1111. Their CCCS Debt Remedy service gives an anonymous assessment of your finances and realistic advice about what to do next. Debt Remedy is free, easy to use and available online 24 hours a day.
