Hyde Plus is the social and economic regeneration department of the Hyde Group.  It was established in 1996 and delivers a range of activities and services to improve the quality of life of Hyde residents and the quality of the neighbourhoods in which they live.  Hyde Plus is about tackling the causes of challenges our residents face, and providing support where residents need extra help.

Our services to residents can be divided in to four parts.

1. Neighbourhoods Plus – Strengthening communities and improving places
2. Jobs Plus – Helping our residents along a pathway to employment
3. Money Plus – Improving the financial situation of residents
4. Youth Plus – Increasing the aspirations and achievements of young people

We are always looking for new ways to do things, and ways to support Hyde’s residents. In 2010 we are working on four new areas that we know are important to people – Health and Wellbeing, Digital Inclusion, Older People and Green Living. Read about our new working groups for 2010 here.
