Minster Housing Association has worked with Bovis Homes to build 36 high quality new apartments in the Hampton area of Peterborough.
The development, completed in summer 2008, consists of six homes for outright sale and market rent and 30 one and two bedroom homes for rent. With secure parking and a small garden, these properties are only a few minutes away from Hampton’s main shopping area.

These two and three bedroomed shared ownership homes have been bought from George Wimpey on the Langton Mews development in the village of Wittering and are just off the A1 and within a short drive from Peterborough and Stamford. The development finished in December 2007.
These properties, of two bedrooms with garage and garden, form part of the larger prestigious scheme known as the Deanery, built by Broadgate Homes. The units are built to ‘Life Time Home Standards’ and have achieved an Eco Homes Very Good Rating.
The 18 apartments, completed in December 2008, are a mixture of one and two bedroomed houses for general needs rented accommodation. Funded by the Housing Corporation, they will be let through Peterborough City Council’s Choice based Letting’s Scheme.
We are working with Crest Nicholson at Middleton South in Milton Keynes to provide 121 homes, 36 of which will be affordable properties.
The first phase, comprising of five two bedroom shared ownership homes completed in September 2009, with another nine shared ownership apartments finishing in November 09. There are three more stages to this development, all due to complete in October 2010.
